Dear Friends
 
Attached is the bulletin from this past Sunday and an updated prayer list.
This Monday we had our first lecture about Icons at the public library given
by our very own Olga Dunlop. It was an excellent talk and many people who
attended have said how much they enjoyed it. Thank you, Olga!
 
This Saturday will be our other lecture at 3:30pm given by our own Lon
Hacker. He will be discussing more of the historical elements of the Icon
contraversry that existed in the Byzantine/Roman Empire. Please join us if
you area able.
 
Our adult education class on the Psalms concluded on Wednesday night. We
will have a two week break and will then start up our next session on
November 15. More details to come.
 
Next week our Inquirer's class will take place on Thursday evening rather
than on Tuesday as noted in the bulletin.
 
We are also in the push time for our Open House that is coming up on
Saturday November 11 from 2-6pm. Our desire is to greet all of our old
friends and make some new ones. Please plan on attending.I have attached a
copy of our flyer for your information. Please spread the word.
