Attached is this weeks bulletin, prayer list and our calendar for October.
 
Mission news:

*	This past Saturday we participated in a local Farmers' Market
handing out pamphlets about the Faith and free water bottles with
information about the Church. We also had some fun children's crafts,
demonstrated some ethnic music and dancing as well as sold baked goods and
some crafts. A good time was had by all who helped. For pictures vist our

*	As I mentioned last week, we have been selected to receive one of
the Orthodox Church in America's Mission Planting Grants for 2007. The press
release about this recently went out. If you are interested you can read it

*	I have also attached the flyer for our upcoming public lectures we
are holding at the Fremont Public Library. We are grateful to Lon Hacker and
Olga Dunlop who our offering their God-given talents by giving these
presentations to the public in the Fremont, Tri-Cities' area and witnessing
to Christ's Church to those who may not be aware of it. Please distribute
the flyer to anyone who might be interested. They are looking to be 2
excellent talks for people who do and do not have a lot of experience and
knowledge about icons and our faith.
*	We are also planning our Mission Open House on Saturday Nov. 11 from
2-6 pm concluding with celebrating Great Vespers. There will be finger food,
short presentations on the Orthodox Church, mini-concerts by our talented
choir, children's activities, an Orthodox bookstore, crafts & food from
traditionally Orthodox countries throughout the world. Please mark you
calendar and plan joining us if you are able. A flyer will be forthcoming so
you can let others know.

Reminders:

*	Alex Prescop and I will be traveling to the Diocesan Assembly this
coming Monday - Wednesday.
*	Our inquirer's class for next week has been moved from Tuesday till
Thursday (see calendar)
*	Our adult education class on Christ in the Psalms will not meet next
week, but will resume Wednesday (see calendar)
*	Monday October 9 at 7pm we will celebrate a Molieben to St. Tikhon
Apostle to North America asking for his intercessions for our mission and
for the Orthodox Church in America.
