Glory to Jesus Christ! Glory forever!
 
Attached is this week's bulletin and prayer list about what is going on at
St. Christina's.
 
I have also attached an article that we submitted for The Orthodox Church
magazine about our mission. Most of you should have received the current
issue by now. Unfortunately, due to space constraints, they had to
dramatically edit the article, and in so doing changed the theme of the
article. I have attached the original text that I submitted for your
information.
 
In other news... 
Yesterday everyone had a wonderful time going from house to house for our
Tri-Valley area house blessings! Many thanks to Maha and Maroun Estephan for
opening their house for the concluding party, and to everyone who
contributed to all the wonderful food. It was a true celebration and feast! 
 
Continuing the house blessing celebrations Mary Zellem and Russ Gatschet
have invited everyone to their house blessing on Sunday February 4th at
2:30pm followed by a Super Bowl party. Directions will be available from the
church on the welcome table.
 
Reminders:

*	Our Parish Council will have it's monthly meeting this evening
(Monday) at 7:30pm.
*	This Wednesday  at 7:30pm we will be continuing our Adult Education
class on the Miracles of Christ. Please not that the date and location of
the final class has been changed to Tuesday February 13 at the home of Tony
Siacotos in connection with a Fremont house blessing tour and pot luck
dinner. As always, everyone is welcome!
*	This coming Sunday after Divine Liturgy is our annual Mission
Assembly on Finances. Everyone should have received the preparatory
documents for this by now. If you have not please let me know or contact
Erik Worth.
